A few items to get you ready:
This event is FULL. No night of sign ups. No refunds at this point either. If you are unable to attend, just let us know and we will have your players pack available to pick up at the store.
We will be playing 1 round of 18 holes.
Check in will start at 6:00pm in the parking lot by hole 1. Discs in the air about 7:15. We will yell for 2 minutes.
This is a rain or moonshine event. As of right now, it is going to rain, so plan accordingly. The course will be decorated a little for Halloween, but costumes are not necessary and not very fun in the rain. We recommend UV/Glow type apparel if you have it!
Starting holes will be assigned via udisc by Friday evening. You will be able to play with your friends. If you have not done so already, please edit your registration to include your preferred cardmates and udisc username.
When you are at your starting hole, you will need to turn on the flashlight on that hole (it will be attached already). The course will not be full, so you may need to turn on the one on the next hole, etc.
There will be a few directional signs on the course using glow tape. It helps if you can hit those with your UV flashlight as you pass them to help out the folks behind you.
Please bring your scores back to us after the round. We are also playing, so you may be back before us, please hang around.
The player's pack includes a glow disc of your choice ranging in price from $15-$25 and t-shirt or hoodie.
You will be playing with your own discs. You can place glow tape on your non glowing discs, or you can throw glow plastic. You will need a UV flashlight to charge your discs. We have them in stock at the store, ranging from 5.99 to 14.99.
Although it is easier to find discs when they are glowing, everyone on the card should be helping to spot discs during this round.
On your finishing hole, please grab the flashlight from the basket. Please leave any halloween decorations on the course since Boo Bash is on Sunday.
Please be extra careful crossing the street between holes.
As always, we will not be policing the event, but understand that you are representing 360 and the west sound disc golf community.
