Hey everyone! Some updates for the week to come!

PLAYER PACKS
Critically important... the Player Pack Pick-Up (and our Just Foolin' Around Tournament) on Friday, April 22nd has been moved to HUDSON MILLS METROPARK.

REGISTRATION CLOSES
Online registration will close Thursday night at 8:00pm EST. If you are still on the waitlist at that time, your registration fee will be refunded. There will be no late registration options and no walk-ups.

HOLE ASSIGNMENTS
We will be using the PDGA Tour Manager for hole assignments, live scoring and general updates throughout the event. The link and password will be sent by email on Thursday... and your hole assignments will be posted on Friday night at 5:00pm.

CHECK-IN
A reminder that player check-in is REQUIRED on Saturday morning.

I think I would like to move to FA60 from FA4. I sent an email yesterday but haven’t heard anything back. Is there something I need to do? I’m hoping that I can still be on my daughters card as April 23rd is her birthday and this is her birthday present. Oh, and I haven’t gotten a template email for turning in my photo. Thanks so much.

April is coming up fast!! Be sure to email a photograph to [email redacted] so that we can include it on your card!! It would be great to have an action shot of you on the disc golf course, but send along any photo of your preference. (Uhh, we obviously can't include any obscene, lewd or inappropriate images...)

Here are a few important things to remember when registration opens this week. Our structure may seem a little complex, but we believe it creates a fair process that enables the best balance of divisions and competitors.

...the final division adjustments will be enforced following the March rating update
...the digital caddie book will be emailed to all players on Wednesday, March 30th
...all requests for withdrawals and refunds will be reviewed under PDGA Rule 1.03

...the DIVISION CAPS are set and will remain in place until Friday, April 1st at 8:00pm
...if a division fills, there will be a waitlist offered to that division and players will be promoted into the tournament if anyone withdraws while online registration remains open

...if there are vacancies remaining in any division on April 1st, then those spaces will be offered to the corresponding MA division (i.e. FA3 spots would become MA3 spots, FA50 would become MA50, etc.)
...lastly, each MA division is required to have no fewer than 4 (four) registered players to participate
