Hi Adam, the course will be setup on the Friday day before the event starts. It is in a very busy public park so the additional holes in the park that aren't permanent will be taken in in the evening and put back out early Saturday morning.

Hey Jasin, ive closed registration now as quite likely we won't get all the current waitlisters into the event. Over the next week the full course design will be complete and we will have a clear picture of how many people we can fit. 100 players is already a stretch so at this point in time everyone on the waitlist is needing someone else to pull out of the event to gain a spot. We will update when we have further information.
