Will this be a ratable tournament given this is an x tier?

It will be rated. The X is based on citizenship requirements.

The X can also be used for other non-ratings related items such as a charity event with limited payouts or a restriction on who can register such as residents of a specific country or state, or collegiate-only. These types of X-Tiers, where the format is ratable, will still receive ratings.

I’ve never gotten a pass to go into the property but I’ve played there with a buddy who is a veteran and got in. What do I need to do to get a pass before the tournament?
