The PDGA live code: Ironman
We need everyone to check in before round one so we can make sure that there are enough players for your card to tee off. It's important to check in so we can make necessary arrangements for any cards that may be short players. DO NOT TEE OFF WITH LESS THAN 3 PLAYERS. If you have less than three players let us know and we will have to make adjustments. Thanks everyone for your cooperation.
Here is our schedule:
800a to 900a player check in at the shelter at the entrance of the park.
900a-player meeting at the shelter
915a- Shotgun Start
Lunch break after round 2 for roughly an hour
Round 3 and 4 then followed by payouts at the shelter.
We are going to have a players meeting to go over how the four rounds will work.
It is your responsibility to know what's expected for the day by knowing the PDGA rules and be at your hole for the start of each round. Hole assignments will be posted on the PDGA page and we will also have them at check in.
Following the 4nd round, come hang out with us while we get the payouts ready for you. If you are curious if you made the payout line, it is the top 45% per division for the Ams. That will help you determine if you need/want to stick around.
All divisions will receive a trophy so please make sure you grab it and we can get a picture!
For those who are in the ACE fund, if no ACE is hit, we will roll over half of it to our next event. The other half goes towards added merch at our next B tier event.
In the event there is a tie for first place in a division, the playoff will start on hole #1 until there is a winner.
This is a sanctioned PDGA event, so everyone should be up to date on the PDGA's stance on what you are allowed to do during events. Please make sure you know the rules that you will be accountable for.

I would like to be in the ace fund, however for some reason it will not let me edit my registration. Do you have a way to edit it? or can I pay you via cash or paypal at the tournament?
