Good Evening everyone!
Thanks for signing up for this event. The weather was looking iffy but looks like it’s gonna pass just as we start so hopefully we can get a dry round in with December temps in the 50s, it should make for a great day.
Hole assignments will be posted shortly after 8p tonight.
As always, please check in with us at the shelter when you pull into the park. This helps ensure that we have enough players per hole to start the event. The shelter will also be where we set up for payouts after the round.
The code for PDGA Live scoring is gtown. This is the preferred scoring and everyone on the card must keep score somehow. We will have paper copies if needed but at least one person needs to use pdga live. This is also where you can find all of the course particulars for the event.
If you ordered a Trail, those can be picked up when you check in.
If you are in the ace fund and if no one aces, we will throw off for 100% of the ace fund after all cards are completed.
Some holes have baskets for the red layout, please know which basket you are throwing to before throwing. We will try to cover the ones not being used but please make sure on your part.
