Hello all,
We are in the home stretch for the tournament and wanted to pass along a few details in regards to Saturday. Some stuff is subject to change (i.e. payout amounts due to dropouts or last minute CTP/ACE pot buy-ins), but we have most of the details ironed out.

4th: $130
5th: $90
6th: $60
Mixed Purse: $720
1st: $240
2nd: $190
3rd: $140
4th: $90

ACE & CTP Pots:
The ACE Pot is sitting at $245.
Any ace will claim the pot. If there are multiple aces, the pot will be split and awarded accordingly. If there are no aces. There will be a CTP throw-off on hole 1 and the pot will be split equally and awarded to the three closest players to the hole 1 basket. If you are not currently bought in to the ACE pot, you are still able to buy in when you check in on Saturday morning.
The CTP Pot is sitting at $235.
There will be two cash CTP holes during each round of the tournament. Round 1 CTPs will be on holes 3 and 6. Round 2 CTPs will be on holes 5 and 8. If the CTP pot stays at $235, payouts for holes 3, 6, and 8 will be $57 each to the closest drive on each hole, and hole 5 CTP will pay out $64. An ACE on a CTP hole WILL count as both. If the pot increases before the start of the tournament, payouts will be adjusted accordingly. If you are not currently bought in to the CTP pot, you are still able to buy in when you check in on Saturday morning.
Parking:
Parking isn’t exactly abundant. We did great running this tournament during motorcycle weekend last year, so we don’t expect much of an issue. That being said, please try to carpool if possible. We will be getting the tournament going a bit before TB opens for the day, so please try to park as close to the course as possible to allow for open spots closer to the building.
Dogs:
Although TB and the Beer Garden are dog friendly, we ask that players please refrain from bringing their dogs with them on the course during the tournament. With 3 teams on each hole, the course will be congested, and we are trying to help keep the pace of play flowing as normal as possible. Also, we would hate to see an incident occur during the tournament.
SLAMT1D 50/50 Raffle:
We will be doing a 50/50 raffle for donations to our wiffleball team Red, White, and Brew for the Vermont Summer Classic Wiffleball Tournament coming up in August. Money raised goes to help children and families with type 1 diabetes. Raffle tickets will be available at the sign-in table and will be available for purchase during lunch and after the tournament as well. The drawing will take place during awards.
Scoring:
I am working on getting this set up as an event on Udisc. If it works correctly, please try to keep score using the Udisc event. If it does not work, please still try to keep score on Udisc with the 18 hole Twin Barns Bogeys and Beers layout for easier score tallying after the rounds. If a group does not have Udisc, we will have some paper scorecards and pencils available to use to keep score. IF YOU USE A PAPER SCORECARD, PLEASE TALLY UP YOUR SCORES AND DOUBLE CHECK THEM BEFORE HANDING IN AFTER YOUR ROUND.
Other stuff:
We will have a short players meeting at 9:45 am and then head out to our holes for roughly 10:00 am start. There WILL be bartenders in the beer garden Saturday morning to serve beers before round 1, if anyone is interested… Randy is coincidentally canning a new beer called “Tree Love” right now! The food truck and inside kitchen will open at noon. There may be other prizes in play from TB for CTP’s, finishing places, etc. These will be revealed during the day of the tournament. We are excited to get this second annual event going!
Please, feel free to reach out with any last-minute questions or concerns.
Look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday! LFG!
Cheers!
