This fundraiser is for the Frazier Elementary Relay for Life Team

WHEN: 8/28/2021 10:00am – 4:00pm (Last card leaves at 2pm to be completed by 4pm)
WHERE: Bailey Lake Disc Golf Course, Burleson Texas
WHY: Almost everyone knows someone with cancer. Please help us fight this terrible disease by helping us to raise money to fund Pediatric Cancer Research while growing the sport of Disc Golf.

After accidents, cancer is the second leading cause of death in children ages 1 to 14. About 1,190 children under the age of 15 are expected to die from cancer in 2021.

First 100 registered players will receive a player pack with a stamped DISCRAFT ESP BUZZ!!!

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
- FLEX START– 18 HOLES
- Last card leaves no later than 2pm.

OPEN DIVISION:
Open to all ages and genders.
Experienced players recommended.
- 1st – $100.00 Cash Prize
- 2nd – $75.00 Cash Prize
- 3rd – $50.00 Cash Prize

AMATEUR DIVISIONS:
Merchandise Prizes for Top 3 in each division!!!
- Men’s (16 – over)
- Women’s (16-over)
- Juniors (Male/Female 15 and under)
