No, purchased mulligans are available in Round 2 only on a per player basis. That player may use their purchased mulligan on any of their shots in Round 2: tee, approach, putt etc. If they elect to use a mulligan, the previous throw is considered abandoned, and they are left with the result of the mulligan throw.

"Shoot the Moon" is a required Round 1 challenge. For two separate holes during Round 1, only one player from a team may throw to complete the hole. If the player scores under Par on the designated hole, that player is rewarded with 1 mulligan to be used by that player on any remaining throw they attempt in Round 1. Additionally, the player's team is rewarded with the ability to designate any remaining hole in Round 1 to be completed by a "Basket Hit" (does not include the bottom pole). Any team member's throw will count toward the "basket hit" completion of the hole (as long as the team designated that the hole would be a "basket hit" hole before they began playing the hole). If the player does not score under Par on their "Shoot the Moon" hole during Round 1, their team will add 1 stroke to their score on that hole when they enter it in UDisc.

For the "Dinner Rolls" challenge, both team member players must throw rollers off the tee on the designated hole. This challenge is required and for Round 1 only. Please plan ahead with your teammate accordingly. Sorry for the delay in response.
