Good Evening Players,
Ok I’m getting a lot of emails regarding check in. I want to clarify something’s.
1. Being at players meeting is not mandatory( check in via email or text is appreciate) if you are not going to be there please send message on FRIDAY….<—-
2. There will be a food truck, music, putting, beer on tap at players party.
3. Players packs, check in and players meeting will happen Friday night at Oyster city Brewery. 600 Government St, Mobile, AL 36602 From 5-9pm. You can get there at 4 but not everything will be set up yet.
4. Flex start at muni and admiral will include a payout. $2 goes to pdga fees and rest is for payout.
Am will choose pay out from Between the Pines store. Pros will receive cash pay out. % of sales goes back to directly help the tournament.

Admiral - Friday 8am-4pm payout at players party

You can finish your round after that time but Friday Between the Pines will break down and head to players party.

5. Can someone pick up your players pack if you can’t make it? Yes, just make sure they have confirmation from you.
6. Where can you get packs if you don’t make it to the party? I will have them at Langan Municiapl Park Saturday and Sunday.
7. Why should I go to players Party? It’s going to be a great time with great people and some useful information being passed.
8. If I have to drop what do I need to do? If you are dropping you will need to let someone know from MADGA and either pick up your pack or have someone get it for you.

Lastly if you are playing Langan hole 15 was going to be short but due to erosion, we have moved basket to the long position. All courses are set up in the positions they will be for tournament.
