247 Years of Freedom Results
Thank you to the 16 people that came out for 247 Years of Freedom on Thursday (6/29/2023). The air quality was around 190 AQI, so I appreciate all the troopers that came out to play. Otherwise, we were in the 80's F temperature-wise and there wasn't much wind.

Holes 7, 13, and 18 played as par 4's for all divisions with a par of 57. All AM & Junior divisions played from the white tees only. MPO played holes 13 and 18 from the blue tee.
MJ18 (2 players, Prize to 1st) - Started on Hole 7

MA4 (4 players, Prizes to top 2) - Started on Hole 10 (except Kyle Dressel who played on a card with MJ18)
2 strokes off the lead with 4 holes to play, Denver Milam was able to crawl back to force a playoff with previous leader, Brian Tubbs. Denver was able to take down the win in the playoff.

MA3 (4 players, Prizes to top 2) - Started on Hole 5
Robert Mayes was -6 through his first 13 holes while Chris White sat at -3 through 13 holes. Robert held the lead through 15 holes but took a double bogey on hole 2, tying things up with Chris White with 2 holes to play. Unfortunately, Chris bogeyed the last two holes, giving the win to Robert who pared his last two holes (holes 3 & 4). Congratulations on another win, Robert!

MPO (6 players, Payout to top 3) - Both threesomes started on Hole 1. 6:10 PM - Jordan Monnin, Nathanael Hoyle, and Nathan Keller. 6:20 PM - Blake Hohlbein, David Wellsand, and Chris Hoyle.
Blake Hohlbein put up the best PDGA performance of his life thus far, with a scorching 43 (-14), rated 1037, shooting -7 on the front and -7 on the back. His only pars came on 3, 9, 12, and 15.
Jordan Monnin put up a strong -8 with only one bogey blemish on his card to take 2nd and David Wellsand took 3rd with a score of -6; his lone bogey came on the dreaded hill of hole 3.
