I have been working with the PDGA this morning and everything is DONE on my end! They have to fix a couple things on the backend for the ratings and pars to be accurate!

THANK YOU ALL! That was one of the most stressful times as a TD, and you all showed me patience and grace!

Safety and following the rules MUST come first in these situations! My main priority is providing a FUN and SAFE event for you! I hope this is how you felt!

As a TD, there are a lot of things you can control, the weather is not one unfortunately. I hope everyone had a great time despite the weather!

First off, THANK YOU all for the patience and grace you showed me while dealing with the PDGA, and the payouts!

Thanks to Charlie for all the help at the Colony and the brewery! Props to BIG MIKE for stepping up and helping with the raffle, so I could work on the payouts!

Everyone has been paid out, and I will work with the PDGA tomorrow on getting all of the accurate scores posted!

We are set up now between the baseball field’s by hole 14, so Am divisons can grab player packs now or between rounds!

B basket is in place!

We will keep an eye on the lighting but let’s hope it passes, or is during lunch! All updates will be posted here, FB and emailed.

Happy New Year everyone!!!

I will be set up in the same spot as normal at the Fairways of Fairhope in between the baseball fields by hole 14(the island hole) at 6:30 with players packs.(MA1 and FA1, can come there or get yours during lunch or after at the brewery!) Players meeting at 8 with tee off at 830. The cannon blast with start the event!

The Colony Park will have Charlie at the course helping, and there for any rules questions. He will have a direct line to me. He will be set up in the main parking lot on 44 or Twin Beach Road at the gazebo. This parking lot is also closer to most of the north side of the course. Please use this parking lot as well, as the one near hole 1 does not hold enough cars for everyone.

The trophy awards and raffle will be at the Fairhope Brewery as soon as I have the last card turned in and all ties are broken! They will have a food truck when we get there, and a band starting at 7!

We had issues two years ago with that hole because of the OB left, so this helps with speed of play and lost discs if it has rained! I apologize for leaving it off the original post! It is updated on the PDGA layout and will be in the players guide that will be posted!
