This is how we filled the tournament to balance the cards first we put the 2 Mp 40s in so we would have cards of 4 to balance the 2 FPO players. Number 3 went in from Am-1 to balance the 3 FA-1 players . Number 4&5 went in from under 18 division to balance the 6 FA-2 players . Then there were 8 spots left and 6 of the next players were am -2 players that is why the decision to put 2 am -2 cards was made. Sorry that you see it another way. Unfortunately we sometimes make decisions as volunteers that maybe aren’t perfect. But we are trying are best.

To answer your thoughts on who would be promoted if you pull out which I hope you don’t. But just to understand how the waist list would work going forward your spot being an Am-40 would go to the first waitlisted am-40 the under 18 would likely not be filled as only an Fa-2 or under 18 could fill as those two divisions play the exact tee assignments. I really hope this helps in our way thinking.

Ok, so I do believe there was an inadvertent error here. What should have happened according to my experience was that I should have received an offer to switch divisions to MA2 to prevent imbalanced cards, which I would have gladly accepted. Can you please open a 21st card in MA2 (as was done last year)? I don't want to speak on his behalf, but the same thing happened here to Dave Wicksted, he was #1 on the waitlist in MA40, and he should also receive an offer to switch.

I’m really sorry Bradley but unfortunately we are not allowed to use a ghost hole unless for emergencies such as if we were to lose a hole because it was made unsafe by a tree falling or hydro line. I made a mistake when creating the wait list it should’ve been by division. My apologies it’s the first time I’ve done discgolf scene.
