About this tournament

Important rules from UNC Administration/ Campus REC:
Masks will be required for all participants at tee time check in, while using the restroom facilities, and post round scoring certification. Masks are highly recommended during the entire event, especially at each tee pad and when holing out. NO CADDIES and NO SPECTATORS will be allowed, groups will be limited to 4 persons max (no friends/ family). Players will be allowed to show up to the course parking area 20 min prior to tee time and shall leave the course after certifying/ turning in their scorecard after the round. Practice/ putting accommodations are being made for pre-round preparation at the Brixx Pizza at Meadowmont Village outdoor space.
Amateur divisions will be trophy only. Players pack content will exceed $40.

Refund policy
Carolina Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be given according to PDGA guidelines, with one exception, being that any amateur withdrawal requesting a refund must submit the request prior to May 3rd. After which date, any amateur withdrawals will receive their player pack including personalized dry-fit polo, tournament stamped disc, and as well as additional items yet to be added. The player pack estimated values will be well over $50 and far exceed the full amateur tournament value recommended by the PDGA.
PRO REFUNDS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THURSDAY MAY 20 AT MIDNIGHT. ANY DROPS AFTER THIS TIME WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
AMATEUR WITHDRAWALS FOR REFUND MUST BE COMPLETED BY MONDAY MAY 3RD.
After May 3rd, any amateur withdrawals will still receive their players pack with personalized polo shirt. We apologize for this limitation on full refund dates, but require this in order to provide the elite level custom players package for the event.
