West Kentucky Disc Golf Trail 2026 Tournament Series

Due to park fees from the city of Bowling Green there is a $7 added cost to this tournament.

Get ready for the third year of the West Kentucky Disc Golf Trail!
Join us for an exciting series of eight tournaments spanning nine different courses throughout West Kentucky. Compete for points, connect with fellow players, and aim for that year-end hardware!

How it Works:
Earn Points: You get one point for every competitor you beat in your division at each tournament.
Prizes: Year-end winners receive trophies (for divisions with 10+ players) and cash payouts.
Payout Details: Payouts are based on the PDGA model:
Pros: Top 35% paid.
Ams: Top 45% paid.
Important: Make sure you play in at least three events to be eligible for the final payout!

Entry fees are:
$58 for Pro divisions:
$3 PDGA fee
$3 TD fee
$7 Park Fees (City of Bowling Green Charges to use parks for the tournaments).
$5 Year end series payout and trophies.
$40 Payout (PayPal-Goods and Services)

$43 for Amateur divisions:
$3 PDGA fee

$5 Players pack. Players Pack is custom West Kentucky Pin w/course name on it.
$5 Year end series payout and trophies.
$20 Payout (Strong Side Disc Golf Gift Card)

Pro payouts will be processed via PayPal Goods and Services.
AM payouts will be handled on-site with Strong Side Disc Golf.
Strong Side Disc Golf and Flying Colors will be on-site to provide disc golf merchandise.
The first 50 registered amateur players will receive a premium disc in their player pack.

Optional Ace Pot Details:
Ace Pot entry fee is: $5
A Closest-to-the-Pin (CTP) flag will be active on Hobson Grove hole 4 for both rounds of play.
If no aces are hit during the tournament rounds:
The winner of the CTP will receive 50% of the total Ace Pot pool.
The remaining 50% will be rolled over to the following tournament series and added to a growing ace pot.
The winner will receive their payouts electronically via PayPal Goods and Services with-in 24hrs.

Official Tournament Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Strong Side Disc Golf follows the official PDGA refund policy guidelines (1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds).
Players must officially withdraw via the registration platform (e.g., Disc Golf Scene) to be eligible for a refund.

A handling fee of up to $10 may be deducted from all monetary refunds.

30+ days before the event start-100% monetary refund (minus handling fee).

15 to 29 days before the event start-50% monetary refund (minus handling fee) Unless your spot is filled by a waiting list player.
If the spot is filled, Strong Side Disc Golf will issue a 100%(minus handling fee) monetary refund OR provide the player pack (shipping costs apply).
Pro players without a substantial player pack will receive the 50%(minus handling fee) monetary refund.

14 days or less before the event start-25% monetary refund (minus handling fee) Unless your spot is filled by a waiting list player.
If the spot is filled, Strong Side Disc Golf will issue a 100%(minus handling fee) monetary refund OR provide the player pack (shipping costs apply).
Pro players without a substantial player pack will receive the 25%(minus handling fee) monetary refund.

Within 48 hours of the event start-No refund is provided. No player pack is issued.
