Note: If total registration is under 70 players, all competitors will follow the Pool A schedule.
Pool A: MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, MA1, MA2, MA40
• Round 1: Vette City (Long tee Pads)
• Round 2: Hobson Grove
Pool B: FPO, FP40, FP50, FP60, FP70, MP70, MA3, MA4, MA50, MA60, FA2, FA3, FA4, MJ18, FJ18

• Round 2: Vette City (Short tee Pads)

Entry Fees & Payouts
Due to Bowling Green city park requirements, a $7 facility fee is included in all registrations.
Professional Divisions ($58)
• Breakdown: $40 Payout | $7 Park Fee | $5 Series Fund/Trophies | $3 PDGA | $3 TD Fee
• Payouts: Top 40% paid via PayPal (Goods & Services).
Amateur Divisions ($43)
• Breakdown: $20 Payout | $7 Park Fee | $5 Player Pack | $5 Series Fund/Trophies | $3 PDGA | $3 TD Fee
• Player Pack: Custom West Kentucky enamel pin featuring the course name.
• Bonus: The first 90 amateurs to register receive a Custom Pin dedicated to Bowling Green, Ky and the Trail in their pack!
• Payouts: Top 45% paid via Strong Side Disc Golf gift cards (on-site pro shop) or able to use the gift cards online at www.strongsidediscgolf.com.

Series Details & Points System
• Earn Points: Receive 1 point for every competitor you beat within your division.
• Eligibility: You must compete in at least three events to qualify for the year-end payout.
• Trophies: Awarded to year-end winners in divisions with 10+ active players.

Optional Ace Pot ($5)
• Ace Pot CTP: A Closest-to-the-Pin flag will be active on Hobson Grove Hole 4 for both rounds.
• If an Ace is hit: The player(s) take the full pot.
• If NO Ace is hit:
o 50% of the pot goes to the CTP winner (paid via PayPal within 24 hours).
o 50% rolls over to the next tournament in the series.

On-Site Pro Shop: Strong Side Disc Golf will be on-site with a full selection of merchandise and to handle all Amateur payouts.

Official Tournament Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Strong Side Disc Golf follows the official PDGA refund policy guidelines (1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds).
Players must officially withdraw via the registration platform (e.g., Disc Golf Scene) to be eligible for a refund.

A handling fee of up to $10 may be deducted from all monetary refunds.

30+ days before the event start-100% monetary refund (minus handling fee).

15 to 29 days before the event start-50% monetary refund (minus handling fee) Unless your spot is filled by a waiting list player.
If the spot is filled, Strong Side Disc Golf will issue a 100%(minus handling fee) monetary refund OR provide the player pack (shipping costs apply).
Pro players without a substantial player pack will receive the 50%(minus handling fee) monetary refund.

14 days or less before the event start-25% monetary refund (minus handling fee) Unless your spot is filled by a waiting list player.
If the spot is filled, Strong Side Disc Golf will issue a 100%(minus handling fee) monetary refund OR provide the player pack (shipping costs apply).
Pro players without a substantial player pack will receive the 25%(minus handling fee) monetary refund.

Within 48 hours of the event start-No refund is provided. No player pack is issued.
