Tournament refund / cancellation policy Good Sports Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. A $5 handling fee will be charged for all refunds. For withdrawal requests on or before August 7, 2026, 100% of your entry fee (minus the handling fee) will be refunded. For withdrawal requests after August 7th, but on or before August 14, 2026 100% of your entry fee (minus the handling fee) will be refunded if the spot is filled by a player on the waitlist. Otherwise 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. A player may request to receive their players pack items instead. No refunds will be provided after August 14th. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
