Karen Schneider With the tournament starting on a Tuesday, will we be able to practice on the courses we are playing that Sunday and Monday before the tournament? 3d
Karen Schneider 28h Great! Thanks for everything your doing with this amazing tourney!!

stan johnson 2d Thanks for thinking of this. Looking forward to seeing 100 old, or should I say, mature competitors.
Joseph Hoyos 23h Looking forward to attending.
Doug Payne 20h I am only 54, but love this idea
Dan OBrien What are the rules about practicing the courses during the tournament? Will the courses be closed to any practice once the tournament starts on Tuesday, or can we practice them in the evenings once the last card has finished? 3d
Patrick Graziani 3d Courses will open (pending weather and conditions allowing) following the final putt each day.
Andrew Pekarske If i am on the waitlist and show up at the tournament and someone ends up being a "no show"... Is there a chance that i could take that spot? Obviously talking about the division i am signed up for... Can you backfill on the spot on the first day of the tournament? 3d
ROBERT WATSON 3d Doesn't happen, my brother in law was #1 two years ago and someone dropped the day after registration closed and didn't get in. Once registration closes it's over.
Andrew Sweeton 3d Not quite correct, once the waitlist is refunded, it is then over. That's slated for Sunday, Sept 20th. See: https://www.pdga.com/2026mastersworlds/regschedule
Steve Wilder Why so many Invitations and not enough spots for the players that have been invited, and how many players that are signed up that has no Invitations but player that have been invited are on the waiting list??

Tim Huffman 3d So when you get an invite based on the tier sign up and don’t procrastinate. The event isn’t just reserved for people with invites. They unlock over 3 or 4 tiers. Better luck next year.
James Davison 3d I signed up at 11:10 pm on April 15th when tier 3 opened up and was 57 on the wait list.
Pat Whitworth 2d Yikes James. But I do see you are in the 40s, and that is a HUGE division of players. I know they can only fit so many on the courses.
Paul Goudfrooij
How are the sizes of the different divisions determined? For example, I see that MA60 is 68 players with a waitlist of 27 players, while MA70 is 72 players (so larger than MA60, even though MA65 has 5 ... show more ›

Andrew Sweeton 4d Look at what course pools the divisions are in. Some divisions had additional spots allocated to them because the other divisions in the same pool were undersubscribed.
Nick Cooke If gonna bail yall should bail in next day get your full refund 5d
Mark Miller 4d IF you have a backfill from the waitlist, you can get a full refund until Sept 19
Micah Worrell What happened to all of the lost discs from ledgestone? I lost a few that week but I'm going to be up there again for this and was hoping to find some of my lost ones in that pile still 5d
Jay Boogie if i have to withdraw, does the "full refund only if your spot is filled by a waitlister" only apply if there is a waitlist in my division? or can my spot be filled by anybody from any waitlist?

thanks

show 2 earlier comments
Jay Boogie 5d there's apparently open spots still in MP40
Harvey Brandt 5d If you withdraw soon, there is this in the official info - "By Aug 22 - All official withdrawals from the registered list dated prior to Aug 23 will receive a full refund."
Harvey Brandt 5d But you probably knew that. It is the later withdrawls that get you less of a refund. Thinking of that myself.
Brad Ivey From what I have been able to gather, Westwood is not a cart friendly course. Anyone have any insight to this??? 6d
show 3 earlier comments
Brad Ivey 4d Thanks Chris
Doug Payne 4d There are about 230 stairs to carry them up and down. Not worth it!!
Chris Claring 4d no need to carry them up and down 16 and 17, throw 16 and leave your cart at 17 tee
Tom McManness Is there any update on the Eureka Perm layout for MP70? I know the two caddy books, long, and short, differ only on holes 7 and 16 but there is more than 650 feet of total distance difference. 6d
show 1 earlier comment
keith johnson 6d Not to beat a dead horse but the caddie book for long AND short on Eureka says to use the short tee even though there is 318 feet difference in length.... so does the short pad move between pools?
Nate Heinold 6d The pad does not move
keith johnson 5d Obviously, it was a joke, but that just proves your signs are wrong for the long tea
Nikki Haney I was wondering if there might be a designated area for people with campers/vans to park for the week? I know sometimes there are. 6d
Nate Heinold 6d Not at the courses no
Nikki Haney 2d Cool. Is there a recommended spot you know of?
Caton Arnold Don't you have yo be on the invite list to get into the tournament? How does a player with one tournament and 19 points in 2025 get into this? 6d
show 1 earlier comment
Todd Lion 6d The invitation list guarantees an early registration tier. After invites have had a chance to sign up, registration opens to all players, even those who didn't earn an invite.
Steve Wilder 3d So why are players with an invitation on the waiting list and players with no invitation are signed up, I thought players with invitation came first??
Ama Brown 3d
They do. For future reference, the tier system is posted on pdga.com and goes out in email weeks bef ... show more ›
Jim Asam If a player drops from MA55 Division, does this spot get filled from that divisions waitlist? I believe this happened in this division, yet did not change my waitlist position 7d

Callie McMorran Richard McMorran is signed up for MP60 but would like to switch to MP65. Can you update this for him? He doesn’t have a DGS login and it won’t let me create an account for him. I signed him up so it won’t let me edit his registration. Thank you Aug 16
Todd Lion 7d Done

Eric Jenkins Curious about player pack info for the main event and Divisional Doubles?! Aug 15
Nate Heinold Aug 15 There is no players pack for the Divisional Doubles. As for the main event, during registration you were able to pick the main item in your players pack.
Steve Wilder Good morning. I was wondering if you are going to open any more spots for MA55. I'm sitting 6th place right now on the waiting list and need to figure out if I need to find stay or withdraw? Thank you Aug 15
show 4 earlier comments
Paul Goudfrooij 4d But then why is MA70 placed in that pool with smaller divisions rather than MA65 or MA60?
Dr Coach Green 4d That was my point exactly Paul.
Todd Lion 3d Courses are selected for each division to be a good fit for skill levels. MA70 is playing easier courses than MA60 is.
Justin Smith Just got off the waitlist and trying to sign up for the field events but won’t allow because it says I need an invite.. How do I go by getting into the field events.. Aug 14
Todd Lion Aug 15 Invite list updated Saturday morning. You can now sign up.

Just confirming, but looks like all withdraws from the event prior to Aug 23 get a full refund correct? Just making sure something isn't typo'd or something. Thanks Aug 13

Jason Allen On the course schedule, there is a mention of a player meeting for Monday, September 21st at Five Points, but for the time it says TBD. Do you know a time for this meeting yet? If you don't have a specific time, will it at least be in the evening? Also is this meeting mandatory? Aug 10
Nate Heinold Aug 10 This is a mandatory meeting, more information will be emailed out, time is around 630PM.
Jason Allen Aug 10 Thank you for the quick reply!

Ama Brown Hi! I didn’t see the answer on pdga.com. What layout are we playing for doubles (MA50) at Northwood Park? Thank you! Aug 9
Wesley Jones Appreciate the guidebooks but it is still not clear who will be playing long and shorts. MA40 just says Eureka perm on the course schedule. Does not specify short or long Aug 8

Nate Heinold 5d Northwood Blue only has one layout.
Nate Heinold 5d I am waiting for clarification from PDGA for the Eureka course.
Mark Olson 4d Thank you Nate - doing an amazing job!

Paul Fendt Could you please confirm which layout MP50 is playing at Northwood Black. Does "Pool B layout" mean Long or Short or TBD? Dont want to make any assumptions. Thanks. Aug 3
Kenneth Enoksen Aug 5 I’m wondering about this as well, but I haven’t been able to find any information about it.
