2026 MVP Circuit Challenge presented by Fly High Disc Supply

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Fly High Disc Supply is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to July 30th, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw between July 31st and August 8th, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after August 9th, 2026 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
