Tournament refund / cancellation policy MVP Circuit Challenge Refund Policy By registering for the MVP Circuit Challenge, participants acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the event organizer. All approved refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be issued within seventy-two (72) hours of the event start time but they will receive the player's pack. Participants who fail to attend the event ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund, but they will receive their discs. Event registrations may not be transferred to another participant without prior written approval from the event organizer. If the event is canceled by the organizer, participants will be notified regarding available refund, credit, or rescheduling options. The organizer reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; however, the policy in effect at the time of registration will govern that registration. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
