Hello everyone! This is just a friendly reminder about some compliance requirements & registration info for the 2026 CDGNC.

Compliance Requirements:
-All registered athletes must have an active CDG Season Membership (includes your 2026 PDGA renewal/join)
-All registered athletes must be properly roster verified. You may be asked to resubmit a roster for the Spring semester to show your athletes are properly enrolled in Spring courses or graduated in the Fall 2025.
-All registered athletes must have a current Certified Rules Official status through the end of the tournament. You cannot register unless your status is current.

I am checking compliance as registrations come through and will send a confirmation email to PMs. If any athletes is missing one of these requirements, you may be taken off the registration list and refunded minus fees. So make sure athletes are compliant!!

Women's Division(s)
We have two women's divisions we currently offer; FC1 Teams and FC1 Individual. Please make sure you are registering athletes for the correct division otherwise you will lose out on DGS processing fees to get athletes switched over.

Any updates or registrations after this date cannot be guaranteed. Tournament staff should have plenty of size options available during check-in.

Hello everyone! An email was sent out to all Program Managers through CDG but I wanted to post some quick bullet point updates for you here:

-The deadline to register and guarantee an athlete's selected apparel size is Wednesday March 4, 2026. Any registrations or edits to registrations after this date will not guarantee an athlete's size - we will be downloading the list at the end of 3/4 so we know the athletes locked in for those sizes

-All athletes who compete and play at Camp Canaan (whether casually during your time at Nationals or for practice), must fill out a waiver form. Please relay this to your athletes!

Good morning - this is a friendly reminder that today starting at 3:00 p.m. ET, registration for D3 and all other divisions will be open. Please make sure all registered athletes meet the following compliance regulations outlined by CDG and PDGA.

Compliance Requirements
All athletes competing at Nationals must meet the following compliance requirements for both CDG and PDGA. These requirements must be met prior to registration unless otherwise noted. Any team registered who have athletes not properly compliant may be removed from the event by the TD and your program will be refunded minus transaction fees (so make sure you are all good to go!).

-All athletes registered for Nationals must have an active CDG Season Membership
-All athletes registered for Nationals must be properly roster verified through your registrar's office (see attached form)
-All registered programs must have competed in at least 1 regular season Conference event - this does not have to be prior to registration, just prior to the start of competition
-All athletes must be a PDGA Certified Official in order to register and must remain a CO through the entirety of the event. Exam link can be found here.
-All athletes must make sure to be up to date on their PDGA ID verification. Information can be found here.

I will be working on sending compliance confirmation emails as I do for every Regional event, confirming that your registered athletes are good to go.

Waitlist
At this initial time of registration, only ONE team per program may register for D3. Once registration opens up at 3:00 p.m. today, you can email myself and Chad Sullivan to get a second/third team on the D3 waitlist. Make sure to read the About section form ore details regarding the waitlist.
