Tournament refund / cancellation policy Mission City Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refund Policy: Any refund request before April 10, 2026 will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees. Any refund request before April 17, 2026 will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees, providing there is someone on the waitlist to fill the spot. Otherwise they will receive 75%, minus the transaction fees. Any refund request before April 24, 2026 will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees, providing there is someone on the waitlist to fill the spot. Otherwise they will receive 50% minus the transaction fees. Any cancellation on the day of play will receive no refund. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
