Tournament Tee Sponsors will be guaranteed their spot in the tournament. Tee Sponsors will have their name and PGDA # posted at one of the tees at Zephyr Cove DGC as that tee's sponsor for the tournament. Tournament Tee Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

The money in the Ace Pool will be divided among the players that entered the Ace Pool and hit an Ace during regular tournament play, playoff holes do not count. If no one hits an Ace during the tournament, the Ace Pool money will be added as a prize in the raffle.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy South Tahoe Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refunds will be minus any Disc Golf Scene or PayPal fees and a $5 handling fee. Tournament Tee Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable. All refunds will be handled pursuant to rule 1.03 in the PDGA Competition Manual. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
