Hey y'all - I hope everyone is excited for tomorrow! The course looks great and the baskets have been refreshed with brand new wraps. Big thanks to all if the volunteers and donations Be on the lookout for an email/message later this afternoon with more details about tomorrow.

One quick note: please take a look at the tee times. If you have 2 or less on your card go ahead and add yourself to another card to make foursomes. I can't send out incomplete cards so this will really help the flow!

Wow—what a day! Thank you all so much for coming out and making this tournament such a success. Everyone was kind, patient, and supportive, and I especially appreciate those of you who were flexible with tee times and cards so we could make sure everyone got to play.

Winners & Invitations
All winners will be notified by tomorrow. Here’s the breakdown of invitations to Nationals:

Invitation Guidelines:

Top 25% + ties for MA1/MA2/MA3/MA40/MA50

Top 40% + ties for MA60, MA70, Women’s, and Juniors

* If you were the only one in your division, you will get an automatic invite!

Special Thanks
A huge thank-you to the volunteers who swept tee boxes, cleaned the course, repaired baskets, and re-wrapped them before the event. Austin’s courses wouldn’t be what they are without the hard work of our clubs, players, and organizations. Please consider joining a club or helping out on a work day—this community is what makes disc golf so special!

Hi everyone,

Thanks for signing up for this fun tournament tomorrow (Sun, Aug 24)! A few quick notes:

Tee times/cards: I can only send full cards. Please review your tee time and make sure your card has at least 3 players. If not, please switch to an incomplete card so we can keep things moving smoothly. Thank you!

Sanctioned event: All PDGA rules and expectations apply.

Scoring: We’ll use the PDGA scoring app at pdga.com/score. I’ll share the event code at check-in.

OB—Hole 18: The dry creek bed before the green is OB and is marked with pink string. If your disc comes to rest in OB, proceed to the marked Drop Zone on the north side of the creek bed.

Rules questions: If your card can’t resolve an issue, play a provisional disc and we’ll sort it out after the round. When in doubt, do a provisional!

Check-in: Please check in with me at home base near the bathrooms between the practice baskets/Hole 1 and the parking lot.

Hydration: Some water will be on the course, but please bring plenty.

Player’s Pack: I’ve attached a picture of the pack—each player will receive an insulated water bottle, a cool towel, a dry towel, and a coupon.
