Yes, it's only a 9-hole course but it has teeth.

The first round shows you the teeth and the second round is where we are supposed to improve, we will see if that's the case this Saturday after 4 times through and new discs!????
There is a washroom on site, but it does not open until 10 am, auto locks are not always on time, there are many places down and across the street like Timmies, DQ, Home hardware, etc. Please hit them before arriving or cross your legs until the building unlocks. Out of my control.
Parking in the park may be an issue, there is parking at Home hardware and realtor office across the street, if needed, the park road parking spots can be scarce. There is a risk of discs hitting cars in a few spots. I am reviewing some options to change the course to help alleviate this should it be an issue.
No lunch is provided however, there will be snacks, fluids, and fruit available all day. Lots of food options close by, or pack a picnic and relax in a beautiful park setting with fellow disc golfers. Bring your chairs.
Td central is going to be as shady as I can find, likely by the shelter close to hole 2s basket.
You will get 3 discs as your player pack, these are the only discs you will be able to use for the day. Please mark them with your name or a symbol that you will recognize. These discs will all look alike out there on Saturday.
This is a trophy only fun event. There will be a draw ticket given to you and these will be drawn at lunch before the second round, this is for the 4th disc which is a Lab 2nd, I have a lot of molds to choose from. First draw gets first pick, etc.
Tech disc will be on site for you to try.

Please reach out to me if you need any items from the Discy Chicks Disc Golf shop, I will not have the shop on site. I will bring a selection of your interests for you to view. Any pre purchased discs will be with me.
You are welcome to stop in to the shop after the event. About 20 min drive. Sorry no selling is permitted on park property.
Course map and player handbook will be sent out tomorrow.
Please remember this is an event meant for fun and to be inviting for beginners and we will have some in attendance, there are rules but let's give them a break. Teaching is fine but penalties for beginners isn't necessary.
There will be 4 divisions 3 for mixed players Pool A, B, C pool D for female players.
First round will be mixed cards, 2nd round will be divided into divisions, this will be done by score. Divisions will be different sizes.
The course has undergone some renos, it's still being worked on, some areas have no grass, and there are some lumps and bumps on the course. We have done and will do more clean up to make is as nice as possible. There is only so much we can do in a public park.
I will warn you now, the ob over the fence and by the creek is thick. Watch your card mates throws.
