PARK ACCESS AND VEHICLE PARKING
The park opens at 7:00 a.m. Please use the auxiliary gate located on CR 45 between the main entrance to the park and Ox Bow Elementary School. Follow the dirt road parallel to hole 23 and turn left at the intersection. Follow the road to the parking lot. Tournament Central is located at Stable Shelter, adjacent to the parking area. If the lot is full you may also use the auxiliary parking lot by the auxiliary entrance. You may also park along the side of the road adjacent to hole 22. DO NOT park along the road by hole B or hole 5. Thank you.
CHECK-IN AND PLAYERS MEETING
Check in BEGINS at 7:30 a.m. All players MUST check in at tournament central which will be located at Stable Shelter. Amateurs will pick up their player packs at this time. At 8:15 we will have a short players meeting. This is required. We will be taking a photo of all players before heading to starting holes for round one.
RAFFLE
We will again be having a raffle at the end of round two. Last year, with your help, we had over 100 items. If you have items you're willing to donate to the raffle please bring them along. Every player will receive one raffle ticket with their entry. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased on the day of the event. Indiana Charity Gaming license #017395. We accept Venmo, PayPal, cash and credit cards.
Raffle ticket sales will end when the second round begins. During the second round The Window staff will draw tickets and affix the winning number to each item. At the end of the second round, players may check their tickets against the winning number to see which prizes they have won. We will draw for the highest value items first to give all raffle entries the best chance to win.

GROUPS
For the first round you will be assigned your groups. Competitors will share a card with players in their same divisions unless an odd number requires players from more than one division to be together. With few exceptions, teams will be grouped by score within their division for the second round.
LAYOUT AND PLAY
We will play two rounds of 27 holes on the winter short layout. The additional alternate holes are A (between 1 & 2), B (between 3 & 4) and C (between 6 & 7). The digital and paper scorecards will reflect this addition to the layout. All holes are par three. Play will begin at 8:40 a.m.
OUT OF BOUNDS AND MANDATORY THROWS
Generally speaking, any thrown disc that lands on or over a road or property line, in or on a structure or in the river is out of bounds. The loan exception is hole B, the road is in play. Specifics for each hole are noted on the digital scorecard, the comment section of the event page on Disc Golf Scene and physical copies available at tournament central.
There is a mandatory on hole #2. The disc must pass to the left of the mando, marked on a tree with orange paint. Failure to do so results in the next throw from the drop zone. There is a hazard on hole #5. Any disc that fails to land inside the foundation of the island is considered a hazard and one stroke is added to your final hole score. The boundary for the hazard is considered part of the hazard.
A disc must be completely surrounded by OB to be out of bounds. If any part of a disc is in bounds, the disc is in bounds and no penalty is assessed. If your disc is within one meter of the out of bounds line you may move the disc away from the OB line up to one meter in any direction toward the basket without penalty. You may not play from out of bounds.
If you are unsure of a ruling you may declare a provisional throw and play the hole out from your lie as in bounds and out of bounds. You may take a picture of your lie to aid in describing your situation to the TD before he makes a ruling. Do not finalize your scorecards if you need a ruling on a lie until after the TD has ruled. Here is the hole-by-hole breakdown:
You may take greater casual relief from any standing water or large brush piles/downed trees. In line with the basket. No closer to the hole.
OUT OF BOUNDS
1 OB: In or over the road and the line behind the basket. Play temp hole A next.
A OB: In or on any structure. Play hole 2 next.
2 Mando on the right side of the fairway. Lost disc or missed mando go to the drop zone.
3 OB: In or over the road. Play temp hole B next. Follow the arrows to the next tee.
B There is NO OB on this hole. Road is in. Play hole 4 next.
5 OB: In or over the road. Island hole. Discs that fail to land on the island play as a hazard. One penalty stroke and play where the disc lands. If OB, mark the lie accordingly first.
6 OB: Line behind the basket and in or over the road.
9 OB: Park property line to the far left of the basket. Play the alternate pin.
12 OB: The river. Play the alternate pin placement.
13 OB: The river and the access road to the right of the basket.
17 Tee off from the pad. DO NOT use the platform. Play to the alternate pin location.
19 OB: The line behind the basket and the Ox Bow School property.
20 OB: In or over the road and the Ox Bow School property.
21 OB: The Ox Bow maintenance area and in or over the access road behind the basket.
22 OB: In or over the road and the Ox Bow maintenance area.
23 OB: In or over the road to the right and behind the basket.
24 OB: In or over the roads to the right and behind the tee. The parking lot is in-bounds. Disc must be played where it lies. No relief under vehicles.

SAFETY
This is a public park. It is possible that you will encounter spectators as well as other community members using the park during the event. Please be mindful of your surroundings and use caution when throwing. Never throw over, at or near another person.
If your disc lands in the river and is quickly and easily accessible you may retrieve it. You have three minutes. Everyone in the group must help search for a lost disc. After three minutes, if the disc is not found, you must continue play and may retrieve your disc following the completion of your round. Do not go into the river under any circumstances during the tournament. Any players caught entering the river could face disqualification.
SIDE GAMES (ACE POT & 50/50 CTP)
All aces will split. The 50/50 CTP will be awarded to the player whose disc lands closest to the basket on hole #1. If a player aces the CTP hole they will win the CTP and split the ace pool with any other aces on the day.
WATER & RESTROOMS
Bottled water will be available at tournament central, and by holes 1 and 18. Please help yourself. Restrooms are located by the Stable Shelter.
AWARDS
The top three teams in each amateur division will receive a trophy unless the division has less than three players. Awards will take place at the conclusion of all rounds. Pros will be awarded cash and awards to the first place team. Payouts in accordance with PDGA CEP requirements.
