Tournament refund / cancellation policy Any players who officially request to withdraw from the event before 11/07/25 will receive a 100% cash refund minus the Disc Golf Scene transaction fee. Any withdraws on or after 11/08/25 AND spot is not filled from waitlist; TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
