New long pad poured after the construction. What pad will be used for the tourney?

Hole #16 has the blue basket in the long position (left) and the yellow basket in the short position (straight). There was some discussion with Michael about changing these pin locations to suit the course layout prior to his leaving. It never did get done. Is there anyone that has access to the locks for those baskets and any intent to swap pin locations for this hole for this tournament?
