Welcome to the 2025 Echo Valley Fall Challenge!
This email will serve as the players meeting. We will have check in near Hole #1 between 9:15am - 9:45am and we will tee off right at 10:00 am. Please check in so we can make sure all cards have enough players. Player's pack discs will be available at check in or after the round.

Layouts: (Layout details are attached to this email)
We are using the new redesigned layout. This includes Grass Tees for Hole 16 (Blue & Gold) and a Grass Tee for Hole 17 (Gold only)
MPO/MA1 will be playing the Gold/Long Tees
All other Divisions will be playing the Blue/Short Tees
Scoring:
We will be using PDGA live scoring & the code is: ECHO
Please have your phone charged and ready to keep score. We ask that everyone please use PDGA live. We will have paper score cards available if needed.
Playoffs:
This event will have playoffs if applicable. We will be using PDGA Live for playoff scoring.
Pace of Play:
Please follow PDGA rules for pace of play. (no more than 3 minutes looking for lost discs. Record scores at the next tee box and not near the basket. Be sure to throw in under 30 seconds.)
If you notice things are backing up behind your card, please try to your best to improve your pace.
Payouts:
Pro's will be paid through PayPal within 48 hours
AM's will receive gift cards shortly after each division has completed their rounds. Your gift card can be redeemed on site at our mobile pro shop after the round and/or on our website:

Each AM will get to choose 1 Disc from our players pack selection
CTP's:
The CTPs were optional, please do not put your name on a CTP if you did not pay the optional CTP fees.

CTP Holes will be Hole 2, Hole 6 and Hole 15.
CTP gift cards will be issued within 24 hours after the event.
Ace Pool:
The Ace pot is $54.
If no one cashes in the Ace pot, proceeds will go towards the Snyder Park Course redesign project.
To receive payment for an Ace you must have paid into the Ace pot
Water:
Please remember to pack water and snacks as needed.
TD Designated Casual Relief:
We have painted an area of casual relief on Hole 14 near the corner of the fence. This is due to a large hanging branch that could fall at any time. If you land in the painted area you may take casual relief in line with the basket until you are out of the painted area for your safety.
Casual Relief Rules Clarification:
It has been brought to our attention that there is confusion about casual relief rules. There is a difference between casual and optional relief. If you are OB, near harmful insects or animals, or near a area designated by the TD, you may take backward casual relief without a penalty. If your lie does not fit that description and you take optional relief, you must incur a one stroke penalty.
