Tournament refund / cancellation policy Charleston Disc Golf Community is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. The Charleston Classic strictly follows the PDGA refund guidelines as laid out in the PDGA Competition Manual. All refunds will have a $10 processing fee deducted. All waitlist fees are non-refundable $10. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
