I found that if you try to edit your registration (i.e. change divisions) it charges another fee that isn’t the registration. When you pay to enter the tournament, there is the registration fee as well as PDGA and disc golf scene fees for using the site to register. It charges the $3 or $4 to “re-register”, not the registration fee listed on the about page for the tournament.
