Here is a breakdown of what to expect Saturday:
8-8:45am Check-in/registration
Please walk up to the canopy to check in to the event and get your players packs. This is also the time to get into the ace pool and 50/50 and Discbaron Ace bounty if you have not already done so. Film your ace on hole 10 for $250 DB store bucks for only $2!
We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event, after you have checked in at the pavilion go to pdga.com/score and use the password (PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL) to log in and confirm your starting hole and course. Your hole assignment may change due to changes in registration in the morning please reconfirm your starting hole close to tee time.
If you are not checked in at the canopy by 8:45 you will lose your spot if we are full, if you are running late please text me at 2313969135
9am Tee off Round 1
You need to be at your starting hole at 9am, re-confirm your starting hole at pdga.com/score (password (PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL)) as drops may have changed starting holes.
Scoring will be done at pdga.com/score (password (PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL)) a paper card may be used as a backup; all scores must be submitted through live scoring.
We will sound a 2-minute warning horn, followed by a tee off horn. In instances of no-shows, you must have at least 3 players in a group. If this affects you on person joins the group behind and one person joins the group in front.
Finalize all scores on pdga live scoring as soon as possible, if you have issues or discrepancies bring them up to the canopy.
After Round 1/Lunch
The second round will begin one hour after the last group finishes, the tee time and hole assignments will be posted on pdga.com/score (password (PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL)) as soon as possible.
We will be raffling a portable basket at tournament central AND a Dickerson Grip bag, see tournament staff to purchase entries!! $5 a piece with lots of disc winners as well!
Round 2
Confirm the starting time and your starting hole at pdga.com/score (password (PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL)) or by checking at the pavilion.
As you finish your round please bring in any CTPs that are on your final hole.
Awards
Trophies will be personalized and mailed to 1st place finishers after the event, if you are in a tie for first place you must playoff, come to the pavilion as soon as possible to begin playoffs.
Berth packages (14) are on site, if you are in contention for a berth please come to the pavilion. Yes that's right we are adding in some last second berths!
Am payouts- DISCBARON will email you a coupon code within 48 hours, you do not need to collect any payout on site.
Pro payouts- Paypal payments will be sent directly after the event.
50/50 and ace pool will be issued via paypal. Please check with Adam if you would like your payout sent somewhere other than paypal and using the email you signed up with!
After we have handed out the berths, we will pull the raffle ticket for the basket!
