Hey everyone - few updates to report here:

- I will be swapping Camber Disc Golf newly designed hats in exchange for the Disc Doctor for the Player’s Pack. I have just been made aware by the creator and manufacturer of the Disc Doctor that he cannot deliver on ANY of the invoice he promised for our event. I am unsure why this is only communicated to us now, but I am hoping this new hat will be a sufficient exchange for everyone in the Player’s Pack (hat is MSRP $20, which brings MSRP of Player’s Pack to $57). If anyone has issues with this exchange, please reach out to me directly and we can figure out how to best provide you a refund.


- Hole 12 is setup with temporary flags to indicate the hazard area. We have placed logs behind the basket to keep roll aways at a minimum. Paint will be placed closer to the day of the event.


- Hole 15 is set up with temporary flags to indicate the island green AND drop zone (~40ft putt back at the water). Basket should be in middle pin within the next few days. Paint will be placed closer to the day of the event.


- Holes 17A and 17B are set with their short and long tee positions. 17B will be getting some more work on the green within the upcoming week to get rid of the rest of the high grass.


- I will be working with the course promoters to get the pins in their final locations within the next few days.

Updates!

Firstly, there is a tweak to hole 15. I have received PDGA approval to make the hole a true "Island Green"! The pictures of the layouts will be updated, but any disc that will not come to rest on the island green will proceed to the drop zone - which will be a ~35ft putt towards the water (no longer throwing from red tee as drop zone). The width of the island will approximately be from the beginning of the gravel path on the right of the hole to the "Caution, Flying Discs" sign on the left side of the hole. The layouts will contain exact wording on how the hole is to be played.


Secondly, hole 12 will continue to be surrounded by hazard. I will be attempting to paint corners of the non-hazard area a week before competition. Furthermore, the approximate size of the landing zone will be as follows:

- Left of basket: ~70-80ft
- Short of basket: ~60ft
- Right and Long of basket: To edge of where woods begins (~25ft)


Third, I am finalizing the pin positions with the course promoters and hoping to have the pins in their locations at least a week prior to the event. This includes the temp baskets in place and flag markers indicating the short/long tee pads.


Finally, this is the last week to include lunch in your registration!
