Hey Everyone,

Thanks so much to all the volunteers for making the event thus far run super smoothly! Tomorrow is going to be crazy in a good way but we need all hands on deck. Even if you are not scheduled, we would love to see you out at Dexter from 8 am thru the award ceremony. Meet me at hole one to see how you can be of assistance. Again, thank you all so much for helping us run a great major thus far and I hope to see as many of you as possible out there for our final 18 holes!!!

Hello All!

Posted in the "Pictures" section of this page is the official volunteer list for the 2023 Tim Selinske Masters in Oregon! I took all your feedback and worked out a schedule that should fit into everyone's schedules. Please let me know if you cannot make your scheduled shifts via email.

I know I have already posted them, but here are a few notes about the volunteer assignments:

-AM Shifts start at 8 AM and go to 12:30 PM
-PM Shifts start at 12:30 PM and go until the last scheduled group has passed your assigned location
-Please show up 10-15 minutes before your shift starts and check in with the course director (found on or very near hole 1)
-I highly recommend you bring a chair, a water bottle, and some snacks

Also, if you are not scheduled during a time you have available, feel free to stop by the course director's tent and offer to help at any of the active courses. We welcome additional help, especially at Circle Bar, and what has been scheduled is the minimum we need to get by. The more the merrier! Thank you all so much for volunteering to help make this event an amazing one!

I am working on the revised schedule after receiving everyone's input on the last iteration. I will post it this evening at the latest, both here as well as e-mail it out to everyone. Thank you for your patience and looking forward to seeing everyone on the courses!

A few FYI's:
-Please show up for your assigned shift 10-15 minutes early and check in with the course director to get your specific assignments.
-AM Shifts are from 8AM - 12:30
-PM Shifts are from 12:30 until the last group has played through your assigned area

Hello everyone and thank you for volunteering your precious time to help make the Tim Selinske US Masters the very best it can be! I have posted the initial volunteer schedule in the pictures section of the event. I feel like I did a good job scheduling everyone according to their requests. Please review the document and let me know, via email, as soon as you can if these assignments do not work for you.

Some notes about the schedule:
-The days have been split up into 2 shifts, an AM shift, and a PM shift
-AM shifts begin at 8 AM and go until 12:30
-PM shifts begin at 12:30 and go until the last group has played through your hole
-Please check in with the course director 10-15 minutes prior to your shift to get your individual
assignment

As an additional point, we will also need a few more people on Wednesday, May 24th to help with player check-in. If anyone can help with this, please send me an email at [email redacted]
