There will be a required virtual Volunteer Meeting - Monday evening at 8pm eastern.
All registered Volunteers have received a link to the zoom meeting.

I am trying to find online training or instruction or something because I am down in Savannah and I am able to come up on the weekends for a limited time but have no where to stay.

There are hotells and plenty of camping nearby.

Per the IDGC Staff: The workday on Saturday, April 1st will be rained out, we are moving the workday to Sunday, April 2nd.

2 questions:

1: I see some how I’m listed twice. One has all my info and one doesn’t. Not sure how that happened. Can the duplicate with out my k
Info be removed?

2: where can we purchase spectator passes for when we are not working?

In terms of the volunteer registration, you can edit your registration for the duplicate entry and remove it if you'd like.

Do volunteers get a pass to spectate during the event when they’re not actively on a shift?

If you volunteer on Thursday, you would need a spectator pass to come back on Friday

Volunteers can spectate after their shift is over for the day. However, they can only be in the general admission areas.

Yes, when you signup to be a volunteer, you can select which days you are available!

hi there, i have 2 questions….. can kids volunteer and if you volunteer for half the day can you watch the other half? thanks

Per PDGA requirement, Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during a sanctioned event. I encourage young folks to help out, however there will be limited areas where they may serve.
