Email was sent out. A couple of players emails didn't work so I have added the email on the comment below.

Welcome everyone to the NADGT Exclusive B-Tier at Stafford Woods Disc Golf Course! I hope ya’ll are as excited for this Sunday as I am! I wanted to go over a couple of things before the start of this tournament:


· All divisions will be playing from the long pads to the red baskets for both rounds. The only hole that is different is hole 6 where everyone will tee off from the middle pad/old long pad.

· Player packs have been separated into bags to be given out. If you registered after 6/30 your player packs will be shipped directly to your house.

· Chris Jamison with Dirty Disc Dyes will be out vending for the event

· I will have a Visionary Disc Golf net set up for warming up near the practice baskets

· Hole assignments will be posted on Friday 7/14. An email will be sent out once hole assignments are posted and will have the PDGA Live access code

· Lunch will last 45 mins to 1 hour after the last card is turned in from round 1

· During lunch I will have a Pocket Radar set up for players to see how fast you can throw. It will be 3 throws for $5 and prizes will be awarded to the top speeds for each division.

· A short award ceremony will be at the end of the event where I will be handing out pins for the winners and get pictures of each winner for the NADGT page.





Schedule:

7:30 am -8:30 am: Player Check in and warm up time.

8:30 am -8:45 am: Quick players meeting where I will go over O.B. for the course, give general rules, and answer any questions.

9:00 am: Start of Round 1.

Lunch- Last 45 mins to 1 hour after last card is turned in from round 1.

Start of Round 2 TBD: I will announce on Disc Golf Scene and yell out the start time of round 2 when decided

General O.B.- if you go over the property line fence on any hole you are O.B.



Hole 1: Red basket

Hole 2: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 3: Long pad to red basket. O.B. water, if O.B. on tee shot proceed to drop zone. If any other shot that lands in the water, play from last spot in bounds.

Hole 4: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 5: Long pad to red basket. Stakes on either sides of the fairway and behind basket are O.B.

Hole 6: Middle pad/old long pad to red basket. O.B. fence on left side and O.B. stakes down right side and behind the basket.

Hole 7: Long pad to red basket. O.B. water, if O.B. on tee shot. proceed to drop zone. Any other shot that lands in the water play from last spot in bounds.

Hole 8: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 9: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 10: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 11: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 12: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 13: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 14: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 15: Long pad to red basket.

Hole 16: Long pad to red basket. Stakes on either sides of the fairway and behind basket are O.B.
