See you all in the morning!
Schedule - Check in starts at 8am. Will be set up near hole 1. Everyone MUST check in. This is extremely important with some having only 3 players on some cards. IF ONLY TWO SHOW UP ON A CARD WE’LL HAVE TO MOVE STUFF AROUND!
Each player will get a free raffle ticket, we will be giving away 3 raffle items after the second round right before payouts. In addition we are selling raffle tickets, 1 for $3, 3 for $5, 10 for $10. At the end of the year we will be raffling off some cool stuff (bag, cart, basket, LVC Nate Sexton Firebird, LVC Heimborg Toro, April Fools Sexton Firebird, tournament entries and more)
CTPs each round we will have a short pad CTP on hole 4 and a long pad CTP on hole 1. There will be one winner for each of those holes per round.
First round hole assignments will be posted after 8pm tonight when registration closes. We will not allow any additional registrations after that point.
As far as the layout, MPO and MA1, will be playing long pads both rounds everyone else will be playing shorts where they are available minus hole 1. Everyone will play from the long pad. Hole 18 will play to the practice basket!
We will be doing live scoring. PDGA.com/score code is lemars. If you have two players keep score on live it will not allow you to enter different scores so it’s easy to verify. If you do this please make sure BOTH guys confirm after the round and submit the score card.

If you are a newer player here are a few things you might want to know more about.
1. Check out tourney rules on pdga
https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual-disc-golf-events
2. 3 minute rule, if the entire card is looking for a disc for 3 minutes the disc is declared lost and you must either throw from where it went OB if there is OB or you must throw from your previous lie with a 1 stroke penalty.
3. During tournament rounds there is no practice allowed, even if there is a backup you can’t practice by throwing or putting.
4. If you are late to your tee time and you miss holes, you will take a par +4 on each hole that you miss. You cannot play the holes later or try and play them to catch up to your card.
5. There must be a minimum of 3 players on your card. If enough players don’t show up to make 3 then you need to split and go to a different card.
6. Mini or marker, you can’t pick up your disc to throw the same disc without using a mini. The other option would be to throw a different disc and leave your previously thrown disc where is landed and throw behind it.
7. Provisional - a provisional is a throw that is used when you don’t know something for sure. For example on an Island hole, if your disc is close to being in bounds but you can’t tell from the tee, you can call a provisional and throw again in order to save you time from potentially walking back to the tee if you get to the island and your disc is out of bounds. Another example would be if you and your card mates can’t agree on if your inbound on a certain shot, you can play a provisional and play it both ways then come to the tournament director after the round to discuss with your card.
8. Payouts, if you are playing amateur, after the final round of the tournament is done we will calculate the winnings which normally takes 15-20 minutes and then we will announce all of the individuals that earned a payout for each division, if you are in the top 40% of your division you will more than likely receive some sort of merchandise credit to be used that day on Discs, Sunglasses, Apparel, etc..
