This will serve as the players meeting for the event. There will not be an in-person players meeting. If you have any questions, please address these at the time of check-in.
Basic Information
CHECK-IN IS FROM 7:30-8:15. Please see Disc Baron at tourney central under the pavilion to check in, pick up your player’s pack, get into Ace Pool or 50/50. Please be sure to check in before 8:15.
If you need to pay for ace pool or 50/50, please do so during check-in.
TEE OFF FOR ROUND 1 WILL BE 8:30
Two horns will blow for 2 minutes at 8:28, followed by 1 at 8:30 for Tee Off. This will also be used for starting the 2nd round.
Your hole assignments are live and can be found on the PDGA Event Page or through the Live Scoring System

Water will be available at Hole 1 and between Holes 7 & 12
Ace Pool - We will be using a CTP on Hole 1 in place of the Ace Pool Throw Off. If no one hits a paid ace during the round, the winner of this CTP will receive the Ace Pool. If a paid ace is hit during the round, this CTP will be null and void.
Ace Bounty Hole - If you opted to pay into the Ace Bounty, that is on hole 3. This must be filmed to claim your $250 Disc Baron voucher.
CTP/LP flags will be out for BOTH ROUNDS.
PLEASE BE SURE to bring in all Prize Flags after the 2nd round.
You MUST be present to collect your CTP/LP prize. We will not hold or ship these prizes.
This is a PDGA C Tier Sanctioned event. All PDGA rules will be enforced and it is solely the player’s responsibility for knowing and abiding by those rules.
Out of Bounds
Water is the only OB, disc must be completely surrounded
Tee Pad Assignments
MPO/MA1/MA2 - All Long Pads Both Rounds
FA1/MA3/MA4/MA50/MA60 - Long Pads on All Holes except Shorts on 2, 6, 9 and 15
CTP/LPs
Each division will have 1 CTP and 1 LP on the course. (With the exception of MA40, MA50 & MA60 - These have been grouped as Age Protected Divisions)
Each prize is marked with what division is it, but the color of the card will also match the color of your player registration card.
We will be giving away over $1000 in retail value just in CTP/LPs

Live Scoring & Hole Assignments
We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st round are live and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system during lunch.
Hole assignments will also be available at tourney central.
We will have paper score cards on hand and we always recommend keeping a back up in case of any technical issues. Paper score cards do not need to be turned in unless there is an issue with the live scoring system.

Lunch
No lunch will be offered on site. Please plan accordingly.
The official tee time for the 2nd round will be set once the last card has been finalized on live scoring. Lunch will last 60 minutes from the last card.
An official tee time cannot be provided until all cards are finished. If asked for a 2nd Round Tee before all cards are finished, please understand that we will let you know that cards are still out and that you have at least 1 hour until start of the 2nd round.
Once 2nd round start time if official, we will post this on Discgolfscene as well as in the PDGA Live system
Payouts
Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale.
MPO Payouts, 50/50 and Ace Pool will all be paid via PayPal using the email you registered with. If you need it sent to a different email, please let us know.
Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store
www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed to the email used for registration. These will be sent Sunday. Payouts must be claimed online or in store. Winners will have until 12/4/23 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.
Raffle
Raffle “tickets" for a chance to win a Rovic Cart, Dynamic Discs Backpack and several other amazing prizes will be available until the start of your 2nd round at tournament central.
For the raffle - Instead of using actual raffle tickets, we will be using a numbered list and a random number generator to determine the winner of the raffle prizes. The raffle “ticket” that you received as a part of your registration has already been allocated and anyone who purchases additional “tickets” will be added to this list.
You must be present to collect your raffle prize. We will not hold or ship prizes for people who leave before the raffle is held. (With the exception if you happen to be still on the course or you have someone collecting the prize for you)
Trophies
If you win your division, we will be providing personalized trophies this year for events. Our goal is to have the trophies included with your payouts when they are redeemed. If you happen to redeem your payout before we get these in, we will be sure to mail this to you. Please allow approx a week, two at the most to get these to you.
If you made it this far, congrats!!!! You are better than most. Since we seem to have an issue with players reading the complete player's meeting email, we are sneaking in a little something extra for those who took the time and effort to read the entire email. At check in, mention “New England Clam Chowder” to receive 1 additional raffle entry on us. Thanks for taking the time and effort to inform yourself about the event tomorrow.
