Registration is closed, the waitlist has been refunded and the Hole Assignments have been posted via the pdga website. The hole assignments cannot be changed at this point.

Check-In
Everyone is required to check in tomorrow morning at Tournament Central from 9 to 9:45. If you do not check-in, you take the risk of being removed from the event.
Scoring
We are playing 1 Round of 18 Holes, playing the layout that is attached to this email. All of the individual hole rules will be within that attachment but it is also listed on the PDGA Live Scoring that each card is responsible to maintain. Each card is also required to keep an alternate scorecard, such as PDGA, UDisc, or a paper scorecard which are available at Tournament Central. The code for the PDGA Scoring will be given at check-in.
It is important to know the course layout, specifically which baskets you are playing for each hole as there is a mix of White Baskets and Blue Baskets. Some of them may be bagged up, but some may not, or they be removed, so it is your responsibility to know the correct basket prior to the shot being executed.
Players Pack
All players will receive some type of players package during Check-in.
Course Conditions
The course is wet in many areas from the snow we received the other day. Please be prepared with back shoes and towels. Everyone will be required to throw from the t-box area and will not be allowed to throw from the side or from the rear.
Payouts
All Amateur Payouts will be submitted to the selected store on Monday. To see if you qualified for payout, it will be listed at the link below once those details have been entered. For now, it is just the registration page but converts to a results page once I upload those scores. Also, if you create an account on Disc Golf Scene and attach your PDGA number, you will get notifications once your score is uploaded.

Pro Payout can be collected in the form of a check after the event if you want to stay and wait for that. If you do not, I will issue the payment based on what you selected during registration.
Bathrooms
I was informed today that the bathrooms are not open and they were not able to bring a port-a-potty out, so please be prepared for any possible situations.
Prizes
There will be a Hot Round prize, so if you shot the Hot Round in your Division, check in at Tournament Central after the event for a sweet prize.
There is also a CTP for each card on #12. If you win the CTP, also check in at Tournament Central for a prize. Both of these prizes apply to all divisions.
Refund Policy
If something changes and you are unable to attend, please let me know. The refund policy as of now, is a 50% refund if notified today and although there is not a refund offered starting tomorrow, I appreciate the heads up, so your card and myself can be prepared that you will not be there.
Future Events
There is a PDGA C Tier Flex Start event at Cedar Ridge also on Sunday from 9a to 12p, playing the same layout, just in case you want another crack at playing the course again in nice conditions.
