Hello Everyone!

We are just under 2 weeks away from the NADGT Exclusive @ Pioneer Park and I wanted to make sure a few details were covered with you all!

Attached you will find the rule sheet that we will be using for the tournament: Please note that some holes we are not 100% playing what is listed on the tee signs, FOLLOW THE RULE SHEET!!! Also yes, some of the trees that made some holes harder have been removed, so have a great time and go for some eagles on those softer par 4 holes!

I also want to thank Gary and the city of Sterling for helping and giving me the information needed over the years to continue bringing an event to this hidden gem of a course!

Event Check in will run from 7:30am-8:15am: If you fail to check in by 8:15am you will forfeit your spot to any potential waitlister on site.
Round 1 will start at 8:30 sharp, and two minutes are called out at 8:28am.
After the final card is submitted we will have a 1 hour lunch break then start round 2.

Starting holes for round 1 will be posted on our PDGA event Page HERE Friday the 29th at approximately 7pm, and again on this exact page with round 2 starting holes(Sorted by Score)

Payouts this year will be handled on-site with Disc Revolution. If you are in the top 25% of your division, stick around after round 2 to redeem your winnings. I will have payouts posted during the lunch hour on my check in table, since that is when I will have final player counts and payout totals completely calculated.

This is a PDGA B-Tier Event, all PDGA rules will be followed including those regarding alcohol consumption, marijuana use, and that you can not have a dog with you during the course of play. Some of you recently got off the waitlist: Make sure you update your registration or you will be removed from the event 48 hours after this email goes out.
