On hole 6, I understand you can elect to go straight to the drop zone to throw your third shot. If you go for a shot off the tee and lose your disc or otherwise want to abandon the throw, can you proceed to the drop zone and shoot your third shot there or do you need to re-tee? Thx

You can proceed to the DZ.

dear Eric, i will be withdrawing from the event at Sedro this weekend.I had a previous clients wedding caterer completely bail on them with no notice. I am going to have to single handedly save the food service for 160 ppl event this saturday 5/21/22. I will see you later this year at Lincon park. Sorry for any problems this causes. thanks

Hi Andy, you can withdraw from the event through the DGS email you received when first registering. Please let me know if you run into any issues, thanks.

Would be great to have volunteer spotters on 6, and maybe 18, 2,

Yes of course. We will for sure have spotters on 6. I will likely be out on hole 18.

Hey Eric, quick OB clarification. On hole 2, is everything short of the path in bounds, meaning discs must be played from their lie? Or is there an option to proceed to the drop zone (shooting 3) if a drive is short of the path?

Great question. The OB starts on the far side of the path and is shaped like a keyhole, so yes if you land short of the path you are still in bounds. You are eligible to abandon your throw and proceed to the DZ per PDGA guidelines found here. https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf/80901

So if your tee shot is short and atrocious you can go to the DZ to shoot your 4th or go back to the tee to shoot your 3rd?

Eric Hughes   May 16, 2022 at 8:26pm

You have the option of re-teeing for 3, or shooting from the DZ for 3.

I understand if this is not an option, but would like to know if there is somehow a way to use NADGT winnings to pay for registration in another NADGT event such as this one? Thanks

Hi Kyle, apologies for the late reply. To my knowledge, NADGT winnings can only be used in the NAGT store. I will reach out to the higher ups for a confirmation.

Hey! Having trouble with registration for FA2. I changed the category to one that was accepted and it still makes me select hole sponsorship. Help?
