The 2022 NADGT: Cee Time @ JBeast 27 is tomorrow!


Schedule:

9:00am - PLAYER CHECK-IN begins at DDNWA store

10:00am - 12:10 - Tee Times (MJ15/MA3/MA60/FA2/FA1/MA2/MA50/FA40/MA40/MA1)

Players will play JB Jr. holes 1-9 first, then proceed to the JBeast main course.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BEGIN ON JB JR HOLE 1!


Ace Pot: There will be an optional $5 ace pot at this event. We will accept cash or Venmo at check-in for any players who are interested. If no aces are hit, 75% of the money from the ace pot will roll over to the Arkansas State Championships. The remaining 25% of the ace pot will go to a charitable cause. For this event, the money will be donated to the SHS Bulldog Tennis team.


Water: Players are encouraged to bring plenty of water for themselves, but there will be some water available at the course, too.


Players Meeting: This email will serve as the official players meeting, and TDs will be available to answer any questions on the day of the event.


Check-in will begin at 9:00am. ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR TEE TIME. Full players' packs will be available for anyone who signed up before the shipping cutoff. If your full pack is not available in the morning, the remaining items will be mailed to the address you provided at registration.


Tee Time Assignments: Tee time assignments are posted to the PDGA event page, which can be found at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/57860. Starting assignments may change slightly if there are any last-minute changes to registration, so make sure to double-check on the morning of the event.

OB Sheets will be available digitally. They are attached to this email and are loaded into the PDGA digital scorecard.


Scoring: We will use PDGA Live Scoring for the tournament. pdga.com/score The password is beast. EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER! (Rule 808.F) Each card must keep two scorecards, preferably both on PDGA Live Scoring. Paper scorecards will be available, but UDisc also works as a good backup.


Awards: This is a trophy-only event. Division winners will receive a Trophy Pin - Provided by Disc Golf Pins. Winners of qualifying divisions (MA1, MA40, MA50, MA2, FA1, FA2, FA40) will earn an invitation to the National Championships in Austin, TX the last week in October.

Please understand that all tee times are subject to change based on registration of new players before the deadline tomorrow. Based on the current registration, MJ15/MA3/MA60/FA1/FA2/MA2 will tee between 10:00-11:00am. MA50/FA40/MA40/MA1 will tee between 11:00-12:00.

Official tee times will be posted after registration closes at 7pm tomorrow. If you know someone who is on the fence about playing, make sure they sign up before then!

Good morning Daniel. I'll be on vacation from KC around the time of this tournament. Am I reading the instructions about tee times correctly that MA40 would be teeing off later, closer to the 3:20pm end time? I'm about 3 hours away from Springdale while I'm down there and just wanted to get an estimate of when I would need to leave where I'm staying. Thanks Daniel.
