-Divisions will need a minimum of THREE(3) Participants to be valid. Any divisions with less than three participants are subject to be combined with another division. Exceptions for any ladies divisions
-Any waitlisted player that does not get in by April 28, 2022 will be issued a full refund.
-No day of sign up or changes to field will be made after April 28, 2022.

Refund policy
Any players who officially request to withdraw from the event before 04/09/21 will receive a 100% cash refund minus the Disc Golf Scene transaction fee. Any withdraws on or after 04/10/21 AND spot is not filled from waitlist will receive a 25% cash refund.
