Good Morning,

Tomorrow is the 2022 Fall Harvest at Shawnee Mission Park.  Registration is closed and the waiting list has been cleared.  I will not allow more registrations even if the event is not full.  

Check-in is tomorrow in the main parking lot near #1 from 8 to 8:30. Check-in is required for all players and all divisions.  If you don't check-in, you risk being removed from the event before teeing off, please make sure you check-in.

Players Meeting:
There is not an official players' meeting.  All of the details you need to know will be listed on the OB Sheet, PDGA Scoring, or announced to you at check-in.  If you have questions, please make sure you ask.

The course is set and the Out of Bounds has been painted.  I have attached the OB Sheet once again for your use.  

Scoring:
We will be doing live scoring via pdga.com/score or using the pdga scoring app.  A second scorecard per group is required which can either be used also with the pdga scoring, udisc, or paper.  If both players keeping score are using the udisc app, both must finalize at the end of the round or the scores will not be submitted.  I will give the scoring code in the morning during check-in.

Awards:
After the completion of the second round, we will have trophies for the winners of each of the divisions.  Pro players can stay and wait to receive payout onsite or I can send it based on your request during registration.  Amateurs, your payout will be sent within 48 hours to the store you selected.  Don't forget the payout vouchers expire on 12/31/2022.

Hole Assignments:
Hole assignments will be listed on pdga later this evening.  You will be required to be on your hole by 8:45a, which is the start time.

This was emailed to all competitors this morning. I have updated the picture section here to reflect the new OB Course Details Sheet.

Good Morning,

The 1st Fall Harvest is this coming Sunday with check-in near Hole #1 from 8 - 8:30. Everyone is required to check in prior to 8:30a

The baskets are in the tournament position and I have updated the OB Sheet which is attached. I have made a few changes and updated the distances based on the new tee signs. I think the only basket position that has changed is #15

As of now, there are flags on the ground to indicate where the OB will be painted. I am hoping to paint the lines Thursday or Friday.
