Hey Everyone – The Base Camp Disc Golf Extravaganza was a Blast again this year and is in the Books. With Great Weather, and very little wind it made for great playing conditions. Temps in the upper 50’s and into the 60’s made for that kinda perfect feeling. Had lots of Good help again, Could not do this without it! Thanks Kaboom, Chris, Risshan, Mandy, MR and All the Others. Had 111 in the event with 6 no-shows division sponsors so 105 playing, 53 Pro’s and 57 AM’s. Had a $2,430 Pro Payout that’s a 115% Pro’s Payout and a $1,490 AM Payout (that’s 100% of entry’s). Tongia Vakaafi took MP40 shooting -29 under par, Wow ???? Winning $296 for kicking everyone’s Butts. Brock Shephard Won MPO shooting a Also Amazing -27 under, Winning $211 for his efforts. John Todhunter Won MP50 this year shooting -6 and Winning $189 ????. Rachel Melo Won FPO coming from behind to beat Danielle Weiagandt. Winning $119 with Danielle getting $71 for second. Josh Massey took MA1 shooting -15, Lili Orozco won FA1, Travis Collins won MA40, and Matt Davis won MA2. The Combined $2 & $5 Ace Pot was $820, and we Had 4 total Aces, 3 Saturday and 1 Sunday. Mike Taylor got Hole 13 Original, then Kaboom got Hole 14 Original. Later in the Day Chris Polito hit 14 New, I got to Hear that one go In ????. Then on Sunday Kaboom got Hole 14 Original Again! Wow Again ????. Each share of the pot was $205 ????. Had only one issue with people (Tom) forgetting we are on someone else’s property, and you need to be Respectful! My next event is Big Glade on June 18-19, Sorry it’s on Father’s Day again but that is the only open weekend. I will do a second event at Base Camp on Oct 22-23 another No Drivers Event, I think. Also something Small at Little Egypt in November. Going to Add one more next Year someplace? Thanks for everyone that made the trip it was as always, Way Too Much Fun! ????????????
