im unfamiliar with flex start do i put together a group pay and show up play. Think i have 3 so far working on a fourth.?

You can have a card of 3. Just sign up for the same tee time and you can play together.

Something last minute came up and I will no longer be able to make the tournament, very disappointed. Can you please remove me but keep the fees and my donation to sponsor a Zambian player as you did with another player who withdrew?

Unfortunately, I have to withdraw to unforeseen reasons. Can I please be removed from the tournament? Please keep the registration funds to sponsor a Zambian players entry to their tournament.

I haven't played a tournament at Sellersville yet. I know the main parking lot is not very big. Is there an alternate parking lot we should use if the main one is filled up?

There is parking by hole 1. The road to get there looks like a driveway, but has a sign for the boy scout cabin. There is also the lot by the baseball fields that you can use.
