This is my first tournament. I am in the rec division. I have a mini to mark my shots. I use innova factory seconds. Is that Ok? Is there anything else I should be aware of. Is there something I can look at to verify I am following all the rules?

I would recommend reading through both of these. Any disc approved by the PDGA is legal to use during play. (This includes factory seconds)

You can edit your registration and add your PDGA number, when you do that it will automatically refund your $10. Thanks.

As we are offering a 1st place trophy for each division, we are unable to offer FA70 due to the limited number of players. We stretched it by offering the 60+ divisions and hope you can join us by playing FA60. Thanks!
