Event info, including the schedule, event flyer, and disc info have been updated.

For this event, we will be playing a "Best Shot" doubles format using only the 2 Wizards (per player) provided in the Player's Pack. Some holes on the layout will be shortened, as we are only using putters for this event. Layout details will be posted at the beginning of March, including tentative areas where any alternate tees will be. Round 1 will play all 20 holes, followed by a short lunch, and then a final 9 holes.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

Thanks for attending and thanks for the support! I will most likely do this again next year, so keep your eyes out for an announcement.

Is the 2nd round the same card and the same starting tee?

Hi...do you know the weights on the wizards? If they came to you in different weights can we choose a weight? I usually prefer wizards at 175g. Although my daughter, who is my partner, likes light weight. Just thought I'd check and see. Thanks.

The weights are written on the back. from what I see they are all 170+. With 80 people, I cannot take requests. It will be first come first serve with the discs during registration on Saturday morning.

Do you have any extra packs available? My brother-in-law and his son is interested in playing this tournament. Thanks

Anyway to play as a single?

This event is doubles only. Sorry.

Douglas Craiglow    March 4, 2021 at 3:16pm

Just wondering if possible we could be on the same card as my son's? My buddy and I are team Frolfenstein and they are team Radagain. Thanks

I'll try. But you may need to remind me the day of the event.

Larry Bright Jr.    March 3, 2021 at 1:21pm

Event details will be updated this week, including layout, side games (CTP, Ace Fund), prizes, and format. Based on a nearly max field, there will most likely be 2 rounds of 20 holes to keep each hole with no more than 4 players. But finalized details will be updated by Friday.

Also, if you are on the fence about playing in this event, Player Packs are being ordered on Monday. Please sign up before then, as extra packs are not guaranteed at this time.

Thanks!

Bill Neighbarger   February 8, 2021 at 10:49pm

I would but this is a tournament I actually convinced my daughter to play with me in.

James Smith   February 26, 2021 at 1:33pm

hi Cory, did you find a partner for this?

Matt Baylor    February 7, 2021 at 2:33am

How will the doubles work, best ball (shot) or low net score? Thanks!

Larry Bright Jr.   February 7, 2021 at 3:27pm

It will be a best shot format.

Derek Armstrong    February 6, 2021 at 7:39pm

Do we know what plastic the wizards we'll be using will be made in?

Larry Bright Jr.   February 7, 2021 at 3:27pm

The Wizards will be the new rubber/nylon blend they just came out with. I'll post an event flyer soon with more details.

Kenny Fogleman    December 21, 2020 at 12:09am

Hello! In the description of the tournament, it says the players pack will provide 70 dollars worth of goodies for 40 dollars, but it says it costs 80 per player. Should it not say 80 per team? Maybe im just confused and im sorry if im wrong.

Larry Bright Jr.   December 21, 2020 at 12:55pm

It's probably set up to register for both players of the team. I'll take a look at the registration set up today and update it. But it will be $40 per player, $80 per team since it is doubles. Thanks.
