Thanks to these sponsors, we are able to provide the added cash for B-Tier Status, provide a great players pack, and provide awesome trophies for our top finishers. If you enjoy the event, please contact these businesses thanking them for their contribution as it will help us keep them coming back to support the event to provide perpetual growth.
Pools are set and hole assignment should be posted Friday. Hole assignments are set by ratings. Please do not message me about being matched up with your friends. This is a competition. The hole you start at for the first round will be the same for the second round. Example: MA3 competitor that starts on Red 3 in the morning will start on Purple 3 in the afternoon.
Pool A (MPO, MA2) will play at Hickory Heights in the morning round starting at 9:00 AM and the 2nd round at CSP Blue Long Tees. Trophy and Payouts at CSP Classroom Building.
Pool B (MA1) will play at CSP Blue Long Tees in the morning round starting at 9:00 AM and the 2nd round at Hickory Heights. Trophies awarded at Hickory Heights.
Pool C (MA3) will play CSP Red Short Tees in the morning round starting at 9:00 AM and the 2nd round at CSP Purple short tees. Trophies awarded at CSP Classroom Building
Pool D (FPO, MP40, FP40, MP50, FP50, FA1, MA40, FA40, MA50, FA50, FA2, FA3, MA4, MJ18, FJ18) will play CSP Purple Short Tees in the morning round starting at 9:00 AM and the 2nd round at CSP Red Short tees. Trophies and Payouts will be awarded at CSP Classroom.
Pro payouts will be done by check. There will be no award ceremony. When all scores are in, the top finishers should come get their checks or trophies.
If you bring in your sponsor sign from your finishing hole at the end of round 2 we will have something sweet for you.
There is no need to check in before each round. Just report to your hole in time to tee off. Pools C and D can get their players packs at the Classroom Building at the end of Marina Rd. from 8:00 AM to 8:50 AM before their first round starts. Please do not send somebody to grab your players pack for you. Please get it yourself. MA2 can pick up their players packs before round one at Hickory Heights. MA1 will get their players packs at Hickory Heights before their second round.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER ANY OF THE BUILDINGS
If you're competing at Hickory Heights, the carts will be marked for two competitors each. Do not leave with a cart for just yourself. If for some reason a cart mate is late or does not show then Justin Myers will delay the start at Hickory Heights to make sure you have enough time to get to your hole. Please don't panic. Reminder that alcohol is not allowed during sanctioned competition or at Codorus State Park.
Lunch is not provided so please plan accordingly. Round 2 starts 75 minutes after the last card is handed in for your pool.
Water is not provided to reduce the risk of disease transmission so please plan accordingly.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. PARKING ON THE GRASS MAY SUBJECT YOU TO A FINE.
Please note that the park is very broad and permits parking fairly close to most of the holes.
If you start on Holes Blue 5 through Blue 13 then I suggest parking at the Church Parking lot that is to the right of Blue 5's fairway. They have granted us permission to park there. Please be considerate so we don't lose that privilege. Note: this will involve parking in grass in the woods at the church and that is allowed.
This is a MASSIVE event and we encourage you to do online scorekeeping. It makes the event much smoother and faster. You can perform online scoring through this link PDGA Digital Scorecard
The Access code was sent via e-mail.
Be sure to finalize the scorecard when done.
If your card has difficulty then you're welcome to keep the score on a paper scorecard and/or UDisc or another form of digital scoring. Just be sure to bring the scores to your designated scoreboard when the round is completed.
Thank you for your support and feel free to message me directly with any questions or concerns.
