Mark Hill May 26, 2021 No. In sanctioned tournaments the PDGA rule 1.06 states that cards must be randomly assigned or assigned by Rating for the first round.

Mark Hill May 25, 2021 I can't give a definitive answer at this point, but based on how things are progressing as far as opening back up, I'd say there is a good chance that caddies will be allowed.
